Return, Replacement and Refund
1. PEMUDAA returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on PEMUDAA for specific size and colour issue within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
2. However no Products will be accepted by the PEMUDAA if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per PEMUDAA the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
3. In case of returns/Exchange:
- Return/Exchange should be initiated within 1 day of order delivery.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Exchange Process:
If there’s any size and colour issue due to which you want to exchange the product on pemudaa.com, so don’t worry we have easy exchange procedure. For any kind of exchange contact to our customer care executives on the given contact details, and express your problem too them after that provide the correct detail of the product size, colour or another product detail that you want in exchange of the present product.
Follow the steps for exchange process:
- You can parcel the t-shirt to our "PEMUDAA E-Hub" (PEMUDAA exchange hub) through any courier services of your choice. Kindly keep the product intact and unused, we will not exchange any used products.PEMUDAA can arrange a pickup which is chargeable (depends on pincodes). Once we receive your parcel, a verification will be done and thereafter the new product/new desired size will be shipped with your consent. We don’t accept any (To-Pay) orders, so kindly don’t send any orders on to-pay basis. (PEMUDAA exchanges are also subject to availability. If the new required size isn’t available then you can choose any other design on available sizes.)

- The new product will be send to the customer which will take around 12 days from the day we have received the exchanged product.

What if there is a size problem and you want to exchange it?
PEMUDAA provides you one-time size exchange services. Contact us as soon as possible via Email or simple Call us. Although we recommend you to check our Size Guide and clear any size related issues before purchasing. Kindly read the following paragraph for detailed understanding of the processes.
- The payment of the product will depend upon the exchanged product price,
- If the price of the new product is more than original product price than the customer have to pay that extra amount via online or through cash on delivery (If the payment is done through cash on delivery process extra 60 rupees will be charged).
- If the price of the new product is less than the original product price then we will refund the remaining amount via making coupon of that amount. Only coupon will be provided to the customer and no cash back will be provided.
- Exchange products will not be cancelled.
4. Damage product return :
After the product is delivered if customer found the product is damage then customer should initiate return product within 24 hours of delivery.Pemudaa will bear the cost of return,If return initiated within 24 hours of order delivery.
5. In case of return initiated and subsequently couriered by the User himself/herself, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to pemudaa.com or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the User to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of product by Pemudaa may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the User in case of damage product also. The User waives any claims against Pemudaa in this regard.
6. In case of damage product refunds for courier charges shall be against a valid RVP slip/written confirmation from the courier company that the RVP has been done for a particular shipment/order.
7. In case of any discrepancy in the status of reverse pick up of a Product, (where the Users claims the Product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if the Users successfully furnishes the RVP slip given at the time of the pick-up.
8. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
9. Pemudaa.com will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to Pemudaa.com is returned by mistake, Pemudaa.com is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
10. Size exchange can be availed only once at the special price of an item. Please take note that this is applicable only on Products that are exchangeable, as mentioned on the product page.
11. Once returned or in case the User does not receive the delivery within the time period agreed the User will be entitled to claim refund of the entire cost of the Product after adjusting relevant courier charges and such other charges that the Website may at its own discretion deduct. In case a User does not raise a refund claim as per the Terms, the User shall be ineligible for a refund. In the event, the refund facility is not available in full or in part for certain Products, the User shall not be entitled to a refund in respect of such Products.
12. All Products ordered by the User shall be eligible to be replaced in accordance with the PEMUDAA replacement policy as indicated herein above, if the product delivered is damaged, soiled or is different from the Product specifications mentioned on the website pemudaa.com will accept return or exchange of a Product only in accordance with the returns policy of the PEMUDAA.
13. Refund,incase of damage product, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details) or, the refund will be credited to the wallet linked to his/her User account on the Website.
14. For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
15. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
16. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website.
